Whistleblowing \u2013 um was geht es?<\/h4>\n

In Italien gibt es ein Gesetz zum sogenannten „Whistleblowing“. Das bedeutet, dass Menschen, die Informationen \u00fcber illegale oder unethische Handlungen in einer Organisation haben, diese melden k\u00f6nnen, ohne daf\u00fcr bestraft zu werden.
\nDas Gesetz sch\u00fctzt diejenigen, die diese Informationen weitergeben, vor m\u00f6glichen negativen Konsequenzen, wie etwa Entlassung oder Schikanen am Arbeitsplatz. Dadurch soll sichergestellt werden, dass Missst\u00e4nde aufgedeckt und korrigiert werden k\u00f6nnen, ohne dass diejenigen, die die Wahrheit ans Licht bringen, bef\u00fcrchten m\u00fcssen, daf\u00fcr Nachteile zu erfahren.<\/h3>\n
