Kurzzeitpflege<\/span><\/h4>\n

Zielsetzung der Kurzzeitpflege ist die zeitlich befristete Aufnahme von pflegebed\u00fcrftigen Menschen die von zu Hause oder zur Nachbetreuung vom Krankenhaus kommen.
\nDurch dieses Angebot k\u00f6nnen pflegende Angeh\u00f6rige entlastet und unterst\u00fctzt werden.<\/h3>\n

Die F\u00fchrung von\u00a0Kurzzeit- und \u00dcbergangsbetten ist mit Beschluss der Landesregierung vom 18. Dezember 2018, NR. 1419 (Art.47 \u201eEntlastungsangebot: Kurzzeitpflege\u201c und Art. 48\u00a0 \u201e\u00dcbergangspflege\u201c)<\/a><\/span>, geregelt.<\/h3>\n
